The Legacy of Champagne Devavry
Our founder, Alexandre, is a proud descendant of the 5th generation of Champagne winegrowers from the esteemed Champagne Devavry house. Inspired by his heritage, he set out on a mission to create his own unparalleled Champagne House.
After more than four years of research, development, and unwavering dedication, Carbon Champagnes was launched, featuring the oldest cuvées of its grandfather.
The Mosaic of Terroirs
Carbon meticulously cares for the three grape varieties that make up our exquisite champagnes: Grand Cru and Premier Cru for Chardonnay, and Marne Valley for Pinot Noir, sharing its clay soils with the youngest, Meunier.
