At Carbon Champagnes, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality champagne products that are sure to impress. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. In the event of a defected or damaged item, we are happy to work with you and the shipping carrier to rectify the situation.
Returns For Champagne Products
Unfortunately we can’t offer refunds or exchanges on wine or champagne products due to federal and state alcohol laws.
Cancelations before shipment will result in a 25% restocking fee of product cost.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We love to offer free shipping to our customers when available, but please note if an item is returned to us after multiple delivery attempts and a short hold option for pick up, we do require a fee to recover the loss of shipping.
If you choose to receive a refund instead of a redelivery after an item has been returned by the shipping carrier, the cost of return shipping and packaging will be deducted from your refund, at a deduction of 50% of item cost per item.
